Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system.

Pilates
Stott trained instructors will guide you through a unique and challenging workout that develops core strength and control while increasing flexibility and agility. Pilates will also help improve posture, balance,and coordination while enhancing the mind-body connection.
